It's very easy anyway so I'll just try to tell you.
First I lined where I wanted the hole to be (in between the pinky and ring finger) then I used scar wax to create the torn flesh look. Then the blood.
In other pictures I bent my finger back to make it look like it was hanging by a piece of skin.
